The purpose of the Conference is to present to the ones who are interested the variety of Russian and foreign experience in the sphere of Integral approach to the business development in a form of plenary sessions, authors groups, video materials and round work tables.

The audience of the Conference: businessmen - owners of medium-sized and big businesses; CEO’s, development managers, HR-directors, consultants from different schools and areas.

Consultants who lead the projects on integral development for the companies in USA and Europe – Dana Carman, Jesse McKey; and in Russia – Marina Danilova, Alexander Savkin, Philip Guzenyuk – will lead master classes on practical implementation of the approach during the Conference.

Round work tables sessions will be conducted.
